Would've given this place a 4 star due to extra polite staff despite being given an 8am appointment and told upon arrival (1 hour early) that it is a 12pm appointment. But.... Ramond Brown was extremely rude to me today, threatening me with litigation and the inability to return to the facility. After giving him the number to the Broker of the load and showing him a screenshot of my dispatcher's text I politely asked him not to threaten me or contact me again. I posted his response.
