This was the first year I have used Mr Heinemann for my tax preparation. I will let you know my experience and you can decide for yourself. Mr Heinemann had our taxes for over a month with no update. I inquired on status and was told that the deadline for filing had been extended to May 17th but was given no status as to completion of our taxes. I waited about 2 weeks and emailed to check in. Mr. Heinemann is a thorough and scrupulous accountant who has been a big help to my business. I love the fact that he is responsive and quickly returns my calls. When I first hired him he went back and reviewed previous filings and was able to find significant savings. I am very impressed with the office and would highly recommend Henemann & Associates to anyone.
Received incorrect tax advice from this provider. Thankfully, I did my own research and returns and got my refund. The CPA did not call me, but sent a website printout with non-applicable information circled. Poor experience.
