Dr. Brandon and his staff were amazing! Dr. Brandon listened and answered all my concerns. He did an excellent check up plus explained everything with clear details! Bosco is very lucky to have Dr. Brandon and his staff!
Drs. Barry and Brandon have ALWAYS been available for emergencies. Overall, staff and doctors are knowledgable and caring. My pets are family, and that's exactly how they are treated.
I was a “lifer” at another vet office since I was little. Saw Dr Brandon on an emergency visit for my son’s pup and fell in love with the service we received. I now take my pup to this office! I’ll go nowhere else! Kudos to the entire staff from the reception desk all the way through every visit! Thank you!!
My cat was sick a little over a year ago and multiple visits to another vet provided no answers. We went to Dr Barry and although we got some bad news and our Roscoe is now in kitty heaven, he and all of the staff were so compassionate and caring that we will never go anywhere else with our fur babies!!
We recently switched vets so we could start seeing Dr. Brandon Heineke while our cat was sick. We had a much more personal experience with his office than we had with any other in the past. Ultimately we ended up having to put our pet to sleep, and as awful as an experience as that was, we wouldn't have wanted it to be anywhere else. Dr. Brandon has such a caring and compassionate demeanor, while still remaining professional.
