We take our green cheek conure and cockatiel to Heineke for all our little bird needs. The staff is SO friendly and caring. We always know they have our pets’ best interests at heart. And they are so good with our birds that the birds actually enjoy going. They get excited when we tell them we’re going to see Dr. Barry. Love this place!!!
I just took my first dog, Brue, to Heineke Veterinary Hospital this week. They were SO wonderful and reassuring to me as a new dog mom. There was absolutely no rush—they spent a full hour going through all of her medical history with me, giving me new training tips, and educating me on her breed and dog behavior. They were patient and gentle with Brue, too. Overall, this family practice is one I definitely recommend.
We brought our first cat here and the veterinarians are so wonderful. As new cat owners, we had a lot of questions on how to best care for her, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received here. We also bring our cat here for routine nail trimmings and they had them done in less than 5 minutes - 100% worth it in comparison to the fight my husband and I go through to clip them on our own!
Excellent experience. Easy, quick scheduling, fantastic vet techs and Dr. Brandon is wonderful with our dogs.

The staff, they truly will be the only ones to understand when I say THANK YOU! My cat is not the most pleasant creature but they give her the best treatment I've ever experienced. Everything from the reminder phone call a day before, being so kind to her when she gets there, the schedule her so she doesn’t have to deal with dogs because they make her so nervous and then after her appointment a follow up call. I took my dog there and they got her in quick surgery went great they were absolutely amazing friendly staff and it was really hard to go through everything by myself but they were right there to comfort me while I was waiting
I took my dog to see them yesterday due to itchy allergies. The building is so clean and nice and all the employees were super helpful and amazingly sweet! They even called to check on my fur baby this morning! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!
