Great product. Horrible service. I have never heard anyone in the drive thru say thank you or your welcome.
I had the beekeeper and it is so good. I will stop every time I am in Louisville. My friend said her earl gray tea was great too.

A little irritated. I get to the window and they asked if I got something that I didn't get at all. I was like no I got the iced americano assuming they already rang in my order. I ordered an iced americano with mocha and a banana chocolate chip muffin!! I paid and only got my drink after she made it while the guy was just standing there on his phone. I said I am missing my banana chocolate chip muffin. He then came over and said well that will just be $3.02 I said nothing and paid for it bc I didn't want to be nasty. But I ... read more

Ordered a hot apple cider and a beekeeper blended drink. The apple cider was supposed to be original and I got a lukewarm ginger flavored drink that did not taste like cider at all. Very disappointed �
I love this coffeeshop. The baristas are very welcoming and the coffee is amazing! Highly recommend.
Had my very first experience at Heine Brother's Coffee yesterday! Not only was the coffee delicious, the girl at the window was super nice and gave both my dogs a cup of whipped cream! � We all loved it so much! I can't wait to go back!
