My partner and I frequent HB all the time! We drive an hour every time just to get our fix! The employees are amazing and the atmosphere is just as amazing. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of or to right any mistake that might have been made. Their food and drink are phenomenal
I was really nervous to come in today because I have a really bad anxiety disorder and rarely leave the house by myself. But I decided to be brave and have coffee all by myself while I did some work. And the staff was so sweet to me and the environment felt really comfortable. I dress very alternative and have piercings/tattoos, and I'm used to people staring at me when I go out in public. Stopped here while on a road trip and holy smokes am I glad I didn't go to Starbucks. The coffee & flavors are so good, the staff was incredibly welcoming, the whole place was clean, and the goat cheese & fig scone was off the charts. We had the beekeeper latte & the cremebrulatte. Gonna try to stop back on the way home!
