So I called to see if I could come by and see the facilities, Eleanor picked up and said “we don’t do that, this is members only and you need to apply” and I said “so you screen your applicants?” She said “yes”. I recently needed to cancel my membership because I am moving across the country. I submitted the required 30-day notice, yet my membership was not canceled and I continued to be charged $400 per month, totaling $800 in additional charges. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was told my membership would not be canceled unless I provided proof of where I moved. Great equipment and classes — very nice locker rooms and showers. Beautiful facilities, and everyone is very nice.

The upper management here is actually awful. Kylie and Julien are great and I feel bad that they work so closely with such odd individuals. There seems to be no clear understanding of any policy whatsoever and the director Eleanor seems to change them depending on when and who she seems fit. Interesting enough she never actually is around until she plans on creating an issue.
