I would not recommend her services. This was single handedly the worse property manager I have ever had. She never met the needs of the tenants and only did what was asked when tenants reached out to the home owner. Communication was basically a zero with any needs of the tenants but if you are even less than an hour late for rent payment she would be on you in a second. Basically if I could give a zero I would. Do not use her company.
All that I can say is that if you want top results, list your property with Paula Sue Heim. In less than one day of listing with her , she sold my property at $75,000 more than I was asking! The deal was made! Thank you, Paula Sue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lynne Guess
