Bad reviews. Sells lemons. Buyer Beware.
Never purchase a vehicle from this place. The owner who does the inspections needs to quit his job and hire a professional. My daughter's transmission went out less than 1k miles after purchasing and the ownership isn't doing anything about it. They are being reported to Consumer's Affairs, BBB, a horrible review on YELP, and as many other sites as possible to hopefully desuade somebody from making the same mistake we did.
RecommendedI have to express how great this experience was. I now own a great truck thanks to the amazing service from Mario Sanchez at Heiland Auto Sales SLO. He was low pressure, incredibly helpful, from salesman to finance manager to finding a great rated loan from a cedit union, the whole experience was smooth and actuallyy enjoyable. He didn't just treat me as a respected customer but as a family member. I have never had a better experience purchasing a car. I highly recommend this dealership and Mario.
The communication was great with the dealer. Unfortunately the location was over a 4 hour drive and I found something closer so i wasn't able to visit.
Tim was really nice he did what he could to help finance me, but unfortunately no luck. But I will keep trying!
Quick and easy transaction
I made several attempts immediately after my purchase, to contact by phone in regards to issue with brakes. After locating an email address and emailing Heiland. I received a call back, I was informed I would receive a call back from the owner. I waited for the call back with no response. I placed a follow email. I received a call back from my follow up email and informed there was nothing that can be done about the faulty brakes. I made an attempt to resolve within the first thirty days of purchase.
