Heil Plumbing made it super easy to book an appointment online which I really appreciated, and the lead time was only 2 days out for our non-emergency issue. I received text messages to alert when the technician was on his way. The technician Seth arrived as scheduled, was courteous and provided a clear, fair estimate prior to beginning the work. Seth did a fantastic, professional job and cleaned the work area afterwards. Would highly recommend Seth and Heil Plumbing! Thanks to the entire Heil Team for a great experience!

Richard was our plumber. He was outstanding, and he’s a good person too - even good with our dog. Heil charges by the job, not the hour, which forced us to skip a few minor repairs, but overall our experience was excellent.
