Jeff was courteous and conscientious and did a great job.
Seth was prompt, professional and very pleasant and helpful in explaining various current and future issues.
Otto and his crew were very professional, respectful, timely, and efficient. Otto explained the entire main waterline replacement before they started and stuck to that process. Their process was very minimally invasive with only needing to dig a single hole to replace 30 feet plus of copper water line. It took them a single day for the entire process and the following day was the City of Rockville's inspection. These guys are great!
I contacted this company after the first company couldn't do the job or diagnose the drain blockage properly and we were left with a worse situation. HEIL came out the next morning with a camera and the proper equipment to snake the SEW ER line to undo the blockage. They had the equipment and knew what they were about. They contacted me by phone later that day after they had finished to ask if I was satisfied. If you call them you reached someone on the phone every time. I highly recommend Heil Plumbing. I was unsure if I had multiple leaks and was told by other plumbing companies I needed to replace the main line. Seth was able to confirm the leak location (which was not the main line) and repair it within hours. It was not an easy location to repair but Seth did it. I am very satisfied and very grateful. I will be calling them again in the future!
