Please NEVER work with this company. I am a mortgage broker and closed a purchase transaction with them (company chosen by seller). It's been more than a month, they refused to send us our broker comp check and absolutely is refusing to cooperate as well as trying to take the comp. I wonder how many times they have done this to people and partners. This is not right and it should be addressed. Do not use this company. They are rude and unprofessional. They almost cost me a deal and still owe me money. They do not handle criticism well and blame me for there mishandlings. What should have taken a week to go through took three weeks and cost me an extra $1000 dollars.
