Needed a file from an CD disk upload to be sent. Well sounds easy enough NO I spend a lot of time at the library and also went to office max trying to get the disk loaded but no luck. The place I never heard of was the ONLY place to make it happen and the staff was very helpful as well. Recommend 10/10
