Every time I go to this facility they are always nice very friendly. They treat you like family every time I go. The only part I don’t like is when I got to the Newark ave one is the way to enter the building. I guess is because I forget to use the directory to get in. But other than that they are friendly and treat you like da.
The staff and facilities were beyond superb. I am excited and grateful to start my smile journey with Heights Orthodontics.
In general people working in Heights Orthodontics are nice and polite.
Writing as I’m still sitting at the waiting room 45 min into my supposed appointment time. I am at the tail end of my treatment that has lasted 1.5 years; for the most part the doctors and the staff were nice, but the amount of miscommunication and lack of follow-through has been deeply frustrating. Frequently I’ll have to remind them where my treatment was at and what was discussed last time, otherwise a rushed decision would be made that contradicted previous conversation.
