I’ve been in search of a place like Heights Orthodontics for years and I’m so thankful I finally found it! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and was super helpful with everything I might need. They really care and take care of their patients. Jessica, the treatment coordinator is the absolute best! She helped me and explained everything in detail from beginning to end. I can’t thank them enough for all of the help they have given me.

I would say my experience was average. As a working adult, I found the wait times to be terrible. I would spend 30-45 minutes at the office for a 5 minute check to get new trays. Even as I sit here writing this review, I am waiting in the office for over 15 minutes to go back to simply pick up my final retainers. I think the doctors were very kind, the staff was just okay. This office needs to be more careful. They scheduled an appointment for when the office was closed…drove over an hour to get there only to find out the office is closed.
