Went to Heights ortho for a consultation to straighten out some teeth after failing to wear my retainers for years. Everyone from the front desk, the assistant, the treatment coordinator, to the Dentist (Dr. Vivian Chen) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk was very warm + friendly and the assistant was very careful and thorough when taking the scan, photos and pano.
