Overpriced, Poor Quality, and Not What I Asked For!!! I went to Height Nail Spa on July 11 around 4:30 PM, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I came in with a clear request I asked for square-shaped nails with a specific design but I walked out with basic white French tips, and the shape wasn’t even close to what I wanted. The square shape I asked for was completely off, and the overall shaping looked uneven and rushed. Horribly unfriendly people work here! I simply couldn’t believe how rude and unpleasant the lady who did the manicure was. She kept pulling my arm and digging into my nails so it hurt. Seriously unpleasant experience. I do not recommend at all!!!
I was a walk in client on a busy Saturday mothers day weekend to be exact so I expected a long wait time. When checking in the young man behind the counter stated an Hr I asked for a pedicure and full acrylic set I agreed again im a walk-in.
