Called today and a lady named Carolyn answered the phone. She was extremely rude. She needs to learn how to be friendly or at least now have a crummy attitude. Very disappointing.

Why did they send me a loan check for 35.14% on $4000 principal, and the finance charge is $3,498.56. I never asked for it, and it went to my trash can. Garbage people.
