Rachel and the rest of the team there are super nice. Always willing to help and answer any questions. Update. All the people I usually work with are gone. I paid off my car loan and now they won't give me my title. I refinanced it through my credit union for a better rate. The branch manager is not returning my calls. The voice mail box is full.
