I have been going to Heights Medical Center for about 3 years now and have always had a positive experience. They have late hours on certain days that make it easier for people like me who do not work in the area. Dr. Aversa is very kind and always answers any questions I have in an understandable way. Convenient location, friendly staff. I highly recommend them.
great customer service and honesty
For almost a year's time, I began walking crooked, leaning into walls, and losing my balance. I tried physical therapy and had several tests done by a neurologist. I couldn't understand why this was happening. After speaking to Dr. Aversa's optician Andrea, she said she thought she knew what was happening and to take their online survey. Soon after, I had an appointment with Dr. Aversa and was diagnosed with binocular vision dysfunction, meaning my eyes were vertically misaligned and not converging images correctly. If there was less than one star I would give to them... worst front desk ever, so rude & unprofessional. The Dr prescribes unnecessary prescriptions just to make more money, they are basically money hungry & so rude!!! Avoid going there!!!!
