I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and professional. The Courtney was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the treatment I received. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who is both skilled and compassionate, I highly recommend this practice.

Prescription never got sent in ever! So I wasted my time and money for my health? My appointment was July 17th at 11:00. Never got a call back Medrock pharmacy says nothing was sent in ever! Leave messages with the pharmacy, nurse etc. I will report this facility to the Texas Medical Board.
Do not recommend this place at all. I’ve already written one review of them which I’m guessing they flagged? Don’t know but it isn’t here now. Basically, they don’t do their job, and working with them is incredibly frustrating. Go anywhere else but here. 2 doctors for 20+ locations so you’ll see a PA. Which is fine but like, is that normal? Dunno. I have scars on my legs now from psoriasis because I had to wait so long and call them back so many times before getting the medicine I needed.
