I was recommended to Dr. Menter as I have been battling chronic idiopathic urticaria for 7+ years and was seeking a second opinion. I have NEVER been more disappointed in a doctor. I would definitely NOT recommend this practice to anyone. He came in the room asked very minimal questions and started spouting several medicines I should take (almost exactly what I was already taking, just different names) and then basically said merry Christmas and walked out. Outstanding staff starting with the receptionist, the nurses, the lab technicians, the physicians and especially Dr. Alan Menter! They are always smiling, courteous, extremely professional. They listen to the patients and visit WITH them very attentively. The wait to see the physicians is usually no more that 15 to 20 minutes and someone is with you gathering information for the physician, who normally is there by the time the information is in the computer.
