RecommendedHeights Crossing is hands down one of the best assisted living facilities out there. The entire staff is phenomenal and it is apparent from day 1 how much they care about and respect the residents. My mother was so very happy there and my dad has been so well cared, especially in the months after my mother's passing. I know he is safe and healthy, and loved by the people there. Cannot say enough great things about what this facility has provided to my parents and to my family!!

There could be no assisted living facility that has a staff that cares more about their residents than Heights Crossing. This has always been the case, but became ever more apparent during these challenging COVID-19 days. The love, the care, the concern and dedication of the staff and management is extraordinary. Our mom knows how lucky she is to be a resident at this special place. We, her children, are so grateful.

We loved visiting Hearthstone and Heights Crossing in December as the singing Santa and Mrs. Claus. For fifty-seven years we lived in Brockton and the city has a special place in our heart. Even more touching was when we met employees in Hearthstone who remembered my parents Robert and Mary Monaghan even though they lived there 1998-2001 and passed away in 2000 and 2001- twenty years ago. That is a great place for any person to live & enjoy the friendly people that work & run the place. There is always something going on that is fun.
I highly recommend Heights Crossing assisted living! Both of my parents moved in and they have received so much comfort and nurturing and very good care. The employees go the extra mile and truly have their hearts invested in elder care.
I just want to say how amazing every single person I have met here is staff and residents included! they really care about the people who they watch over and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy comfortable and safe!
