What a great place to live if you like to not have anything fixed and rude management. Turn work orders in and they do nothing about it. Faulty wiring which is a fire hazard and they don't even come to check on it. Sure would be nice if the OWNER would investigate why the management does nothing. Shouldn't even have hours of operation because the management is never here, maybe an hour a day...hope this post makes it to the OWNER because telling management does absolutely nothing. Have a great day!!!
Terrible! No maintenance! Yard work never done! Threaten tenants if they complain! Won't replace the appliances or water heaters! They have no concerns for residents!
