Dr. Heifler was very personable, thorough and physically fit! Very nice to see a medical doctor who practices what they preach. His staff was very nice! I am very happy to have have found your office.
Plan to wait for an hour past your appointment time before you get called to another room to wait some more. Your time is cheap...
I only see this doctor once a year for check up and bloodwork. For my check up this year, I had to wait over an hour - fasting - before he saw me. He did not ask if anything has changed for me medically in the past year, he did not ask if I have any concerns. His medical assistant is rude and disrespectful. The office is cheerless. I'm not going back.
While competent, he is not the nicest of doctors. His staff can be very nasty too.
I had the same physician for 20 years in Houston and had a great relationship with him. When I moved to NJ, I was terrified that I would not find the same high standard of care I had become accustomed to. Dr. Heifler put all of those concerns to rest. I couldn't be happier with the quality of his practice, his thoroughness, his professionalism, and his personable nature.
Dr. Heifer is very caring and compassionate about his work. I trust him completely with my care.
I hate going to doctors. But it is different with Dr. Heifler. He puts you at ease and explains a diagnosis in a way that makes you know that everything will be alright.
Excellent doctor - great diagnostician- will to discuss treatment options - nice office with onsite parking and very nice staff - I'm so pleased we found him!
Dr. Heifler is the best doctor I've ever gone to. Both him and his staff are always very helpful and everyone is always so pleasant. I would highly recommend seeing him!
