Such a great place they help out so much good customer service
I stopped by Heieck Supply in Concord looking for a specific plumbing part, and unfortunately, they didn’t have it in stock. However, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to try and help me find a solution. Even though they didn’t have what I needed, they took the time to offer recommendations on where I might be able to find it. Pues yo tube una muy mala experiencia con una persona q atiende en el lugar, primero yo se q habla español y no quiso hablarme en español, segundo yo iba a comprar una pieza para reparar un heater y porq no lo había comprado en ese lugar, no quiso ni mirar en la computadora para ver si tenían la Pieza q yo buscaba solo me dijo q no la tenían y su atención al público no es la mejor
