I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and watched as my appointment time came and went...other people arrived after me and were taken back quickly while I waited and waited to be called. I had a newborn baby at home and my time is very valuable. Unfortunately, I didn't leave the office until almost 5:30pm for a routine cleaning for a 4pm appointment.
Substitute hygenist was lovely, I am very attached to Cathy so when I learned she couldn't be there I was wary, but Janice (?) was wonderful.
No, everything was up to par.
I am going to hold you to your promise that because I reluctantly agreed to having the full set to x-rays taken this time around, I will never have to have that done again.
