Dr. Skip is excellent at his job. I greatly appreciate his care and concern. He has an excellent bedside manner and is considerate in his approach to a patient's repair plan. My hygienist is friendly and does a great job as well!
I got a toothache on a Friday night and my face swelled up like a balloon on Saturday and worse on Sunday. Dr. Heidrich's office got me in first thing Monday morning and extracted the tooth that day. I really expected a shot and to have to reschedule for the extraction so I was so relieved to have the whole thing taken care of so expeditiously. Thank you Heidrich Team!

Absolutely super team from front desk to dental hygienist and skip AND all have sense of humor that can't be beat. I just knew when I left my dentist of many years...he retired...that I would never find another to compare. Then I chose the one hubby using as he knew him from Rotary. No shopping around around...yeah!
As usual my visit with Kathy was friendly and educational. She is a consummate professional and a joy to know. I highly value her observations and advice!!! I know my teeth are as clean as they can possibly be when she gets through with me ...
The staff is pleasant and efficient. Equipment and procedures are up-to-date. I have been coming to this practice for 25 years and have not been disappointed.
As always, excellent visit and cleaning with Kathy today!!! She makes our bi-annual visit something we look forward to. Her professional approach and expert technique leave us both with a sparkling fresh smile!!!
Andrea is always excellent when she cleans my teeth.
