Wonderful desserts and customer friendly! Heidi's has wonderful cakes and most of their pastries are delicious. I have had a few that I didn't care for but I think that is more personal taste.
Wonderful desserts and customer friendly! Heidi's has wonderful cakes and most of their pastries are delicious. I have had a few that I didn't care for but I think that is more personal taste. We had a problem with my graduation cake from them where we took it home, and the next morning it had fallen. They gave us a discount on the cake and prepared another for us that morning. Talk about GREAT customer service!
Great coffee, good pastries I love Heidi's roasted and fresh ground coffee. This is a great place to stop on the way to work/school and get something to perk you up. The pastries are delicious. However I always seem to be missing out on the good ones. Every time I go I miss the morning rush. Unfortunately this means that the selection of pastries is diminished, leaving me with two of the same items to choose from. I don't terribly mind this because the two items are delicious....but one day I'm going to beat the morning rush... read more
