I absolutely loved this company and have ordered upwards of 40 pieces over the years. I have kept many and gifted them as well. I had one bracelet for a week before it broke, a $400 custom piece that was not soldered together, and a pair of earrings that broke. To be fair the earrings had been worn a great deal, but the one week piece and the custom piece had not. I tried to return them for repair and the were going to give me a "spa day" for $25 per piece.
