Ordered a turquoise bracelet online and after it taking around three weeks to get here it looked nothing like the photo on the website. I contacted customer service and got the most ridiculous runaround I’ve ever encountered. First they said they were out of stock but there might be a few in Heidi’s shop. Guess what? There wasn’t. They offered me a refund but after reading other reviews I’m not sending the bracelet back until the refund is in my bank account.
I can’t thank this company enough for the fabulous work they do and the kindness the employees show. I’ve ordered several times and the jewelry always arrives gorgeous. I had a recent experience that I needed a piece for a special event and the employees went out of their way to make sure I received it in time! I would highly recommend using Heidihale when you need a special piece for a loved one.
