I orders from the website and was sent a confirmation date, which came and went. Emails were not answered. Phone messages not returned for weeks. Had to call my credit card for a refund. Extremely poor customer service, mostly indifference. I would leave zero stars if possible.
I found her jewelry through a Facebook ad, which always makes me nervous. However, I ordered and received my Zamak square, beaded bracelet and I absolutely love it! Great quality, it’s beautiful and speedy delivery! It is even better than the photo! ☺️ Thank you!!

I’ve been purchasing from HJH on and off since 2019. I’ve had a couple of hiccups over the years with the company, including my most recent purchase, unfortunately USPS decided to detour my package to the other side of the country before re-routing it back to me.
