I had some trouble with the "Tablet" for filling in my Medical History. Fortunately, the secretary and Hygienist were very helpful. Other than the "Tablet" my visit was very pleasant. Thank you.
Dear Heidi, I felt that your interaction with me was too short and felt abrupt in that you were still giving me an explanation while exiting the room. You gave me a fast rundown of what I could do regarding my teeth situation but you didn't tell me about other options except the one you offered. This survey is a good idea but I have not yet experienced being a patient of Dr. Wettels to the extend that I am comfortable answering questions. For the mostpart, the answers here are about the clinic itself and the initial meeting. I was surprised to have to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time and the waiting area was very cold, sorry to say....
I want my appeal for my gold onlay to go through. After this root canal my gold onlay is history. Overall I'm completely dissatisfied with this practice. I wish I had left my molar alone and had not been pressured into This procedure. Please send me copies of the forms you submitted for my appeal. I will not return to this practice. Neither will my husband.
I'm not returning to this practice. That says it all.
first visit to a dentist in a few years so I had some fears but it was a good first visit. the staff was all friendly and professional and made me feel very at ease
