Horrible job. Called and made an appt. Had to wait 30+ minutes and did not get the tech I requested. They obviously do anything to get a warm body into the door. Refused to use the coupon I brought. My nails look like a third grader painted them, I went back the next day to get them redone and had to argue in front of everybody and they ended up charging me $10. I ended up paying $70 for crap. Wish I could get my tip back!!!Rude! Unethical. NEVER pay them cash, they do not claim it!
Usually a great place. Unfortunately my nail technician today spoke some rude comments about myself in Vietnamese. Little did they know I am Vietnamese and understand it fluently. Typically 5 stars, but I will never return.

They didn't take any pride in knowing who's nails they were doing... The person who did my nails kept calling me hey lady. Then they sat and had conversations with each other vers trying to have a conversation with the customer
Seriously recommend the Hot Stone pedicure. Slice of heaven! It's so relaxing I have a hard timw not falling asleep in the chair. Love this place and super kid friendly also, my daughter loves coming here also to get her nails done. :-)
