Heidi is absolutely amazing!!! We worked with her over the course of 4 months to prep, stage, sell our home & buy another. She is a killer communicator & strategist, knows the market & business very well & on top of everything she is kind, patient, fair & so so fun! We sold our home for above asking on opening weekend & got our dream home as a contingency offer. Not enough stars for this woman!
Heidi has been a joy to work with. I worked with Heidi to sell one property and buy a new property. From the very start she had a step by step plan complete with deadlines to prepare the property to be listed. She always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I can definitely recommend her to anyone who wants an experienced, proactive, strategic real estate agent for buying or selling.

At the outset, I must echo the sentiments of prior reviewers. (Let's incorporate them by reference :)) Heidi is great to work with. Although we purchased our second home with her (and had her sell our first home, too), I wish we had someone of her caliber and disposition when we had purchased our first home. Heidi is warm, knowledgeable, and has your back during negotiations. She excels at not making you feel pressured while warmly guiding you through the process. She is truly a gem of a relator and person!
