Dr. Shields is a knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to get to know her patients as a whole person. I do find that unfortunately that making appointments are difficult do to availability, and waiting times to see her for scheduled appointments are long.
Dr. Shields treat me with me love, respect and care. She listens to any concerns that I may have and also how my life is going..... Her Medical Assistants are also very caring.....

Dr. Shields always takes time to make her patients feel cared for. She answers all of your questions. Every referral she has made for me has been great as well.
Dr. Heidi Shields is the best!!! I have recommended her to many of my friends. She listens and takes the time needed to resolve any questions.

Heidi has been our family physician for many years. She is compassionate, understanding, patient and thorough. She always gives us the time we need. We never feel as though we are being rushed through. I thank God for Dr. Shields. She has been a lifesaver in every sense of the word for which we are grateful.
