Wonderfully personable and knowledgeable. Heidi and Emma were in constant communication with us. They gave great advice, shared information we didn't consider, and listened regarding exactly what we were looking for. They didn't push us one away or another but were extremely helpful to answer all our questions. If they didn't know the answer, they'd find it. I would recommend Heidi and Emma to anyone looking for a home.
Excellent response time . Heidi and Emma assisted us with the purchase of our fifth property and having worked with multiple realtors in the past I can say hands-down these two ladies are the best. When you are purchasing a home, you have many questions at all hours of the day and night and I can honestly say I never waited longer than 15 minutes for a response to any question. To me that level of customer service was over five stars. We weren’t buying the Taj Mahal, but they sure did treat us like we did.
