I had an unfortunate meeting with a Heiden employee yesterday. He was a possible contractor to replace my water heater. I asked him a question regarding the process he told me to ask someone else. Rude!!!!! No thanks!

I recommend Heiden strongly!!! My AC went out on a Thursday talked to a very pleasant lady named Tess. Who was able to get Scott over on Friday to look at it. Turned out we needed a whole new unit. Scott put in the order for a unit and on Monday Gary installed. Everything went so fast and easy ever person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
