They mishandled providing me with a new and revised lease agreement when it was time to renew back in June 2025. It is now late October and I still haven't seen a revised agreement. They will show up to your apartment unannounced, in the two and a half years I've been living In this apartment not once did they update the interior or exterior of the apartment. Easy access, clean office and friendly staff.
Unfair and inhumane. I'm not even sure where to start... First they raised my rent after a year. The letter said it was to "bring my unit more in line with the other units." I'm aware that my neighbors had new floors and mine were original (1950s). No work was ever done, imagine that. Then the washer destroyed several hundred dollars worth of bedding/clothing (rips, holes) so I had to stop using the onsite facilities altogether. No compensation or acknowledgement of this.
