My referral was sent over a week ago, and we are now at nine business days since it was submitted. I understand that their recorded phone service states it can take up to five business days for a referral to be triaged, which is reasonable. However, it is unacceptable that when you call to follow up on a referral that has exceeded the stated timeframe, you are met with another recording rather than speaking to an actual person. I couldnt recommend Dr Daniel Barber enough. He is absolutely amazing. His understanding, he cares and he gets things done fast for you.
The old lady there named Catherine is very rude and not helpful at all. I don’t understand how a healthcare business hires people like that.
