I was charged $200 for a HeartBug fitting, well above the amount you’d find at other clinics. When I returned to ask for an itemised breakdown of the charge, the receptionist became defensive, repeatedly said “I can’t help you,” and accused me of harassment for asking basic questions about a service I had paid for. I understand that different services have different pricing and it is not unreasonable for me to ask about it. ECG not reviewed by Heidelberg Heart Centre prior to further cardiac tests. Procedure room extremely small, with poor ventilation for both patient and staff. Poor access to patient should patient collapse or require CRP. No recovery process / procedure post Stress Echocariogram. No follow up from Cardiologists when issues raised with Practise Manager.

Easy parking (here? In Heidelberg? You bet! There's a carpark for clients right out the front that's free, and hardly gets used. Read the sign!) Anyway, prompt and competent desk staff, and the cardiologists here are second to none.
