Hegyi maintained fridges at VGS prior to me purchasing the business. I asked for a rep to come out (at huge cost due to our remote location) to provide info on our current (very old) system and provide me with info to purchase a back-up system so we are prepared in the event that it goes down. While happy to send a large invoice for the visit, I have spent over a YEAR following up as no info was ever sent whatsoever. At this point, my emails aren't even being answered. Had work done by this company, not only did they not fix the problem, causing us to lose $100’s in product, but they wanted to charge us an astronomical amount just to return to the site to finish the job.
