Disappointed. We had our first meeting with Abir Ibrahim today at 10 am. We had our dogs sequestered off property and she did not show up. She showed up at 10:36. By then our dogs were back in the house. Not only did she show up late, she brought a boy with her. She then lied and said our appointment was for 10:30. All around was unprofessional.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with someone affiliated (Dan Stratton) with this realtor page. Instead of conducting themselves professionally, they engaged in online harassment and cyberbullying toward me. This behavior is unacceptable from anyone, especially someone representing a business that relies on public trust. Absolutely disgusted with this company! My realtor, Brian Anfinson was absolutely horrible! This person should never have a realtor’s license! At best, IMHO, he shouldn’t even be allowed to sell used cars! He never showed up for a final walkthrough and in my opinion misrepresented the property by leaving out important details. He did not have the buyers best interest and again, IMHO, was only there to make a sale! I will be making a complaint with the licensing board. Justin was super to work with. He assisted us in finding our new home as we’re relocating from Duluth, MN to Sioux Falls. He’s knowledgeable and honest about the community and housing market. Justin is outgoing and easy to communicate with. He was able to answer our many questions, putting us at ease as we were making our decision. I’ll recommend him to others and should the need come up use his services again.
