I'm pretty sure that the meaning of 'call ahead' does not mean 'call ahead and watch your order sit on the counter for nearly 15 minutes before you drive around, park, and go in to snatch your order off the counter" 2 stars ONLY because all of our order was finally right the 1st time. SEVERELY disappointed in the customer service of our last several visits, however.

Went to new location in Abilene out by ACU and new Walmart. Staff was rude and was mad cause we came in 30 minutes before they closed. They had a lot of people still eating. After us about five more families came In . Our food was not good the twister fries were crumbs. The steAk fingers barley had met in them and they told us if we wanted tea we better get our refill cause they are pouring it out so they can close and they are not making more! We waited for almost an hour for our food. Two large parties that came in after us got their order first. There was only four of us in our group.
My burger's meat patty was only about 2/3 of what my wife's patty was. Shaped pretty close to a half moon. Disappointed.
We enjoyed our huge burgers! The onion rings were great, with Blue Bell to top it all off. Cute place. We’ll be back next time we visit our granddaughter at ACU!
