on my burger the patty was the half of the hamburger bun, we even showed one of the workers and he just giggle about
Just really good food - burgers and fries were awesome!
I have to say that this place is truly Special. My fiancée graduated from ACU and now her daughter attends ACU. We had lunch and the burgers were FABULOUS but the reason why I will return is the Gentleman that is the server there. He is not what you would call a traditional “server” die to the way the restaurant operates. This Gentleman, Franklin, I believe is his name, made my first experience an MEMORABLE ONE! I love heffs... but it seems like every time I come to this place they are out of everything.... well let me tell you I'm out of patience... cudos to the owner... or management for not knowing how to order truck... let me help you out by no longer going to your place of busness... I'll take my money some where else
Called order in told me it would be 20 minutes and it’s been an hour still no hamburgers. The wait staff is rude and after I told them it’s been a hour they said let me check 10 minutes later still sitting at window. Got hamburgers cold.
Women’s bathroom had no soap. No paper towels. Service was horrible. Burgers were cold. Table next to us did not get their fries. The guy serving the food kept apologizing. No ice for the drinks but that’s ok because there wasn’t any drinks either. Out of everything. Just bad horrible service
