Not satisfied with Emily G service advisor because she won’t let me talk what service I’m looking, she keeps over talking. I don’t care if you don’t have a good day. Your customer service so it is your job to listen first then talk. Zero star for her. I stop talking to her because she wasn’t understanding me very well. The star I gave is for Brandon because he actually listens to me then talk. So good job.
I would like to start with I love my Toyota but I will never step foot in heffner again. Two years ago I purchased the vehicle new and enjoyed the experience with the sales rep. When I went to the back to do the final purchase the pressure to upsell was unreal. The bullying was completely unnecessary. My latest experience with Heffner was as dissatisfied as the previous.
