Kenneth is a slumlord!! I do not recommend this company at all. He is rude and will NOT call you back if you have an issue. he cuts whatever corners that are necessary to save a buck, which included, never replacing our dishwasher, we had to put up a board over a broken window, he left us with no toilet for nearly a week and no shower head for 2 weeks.
