Bought my car at Heffner and was happy when my insurance agent recommended Heffner's Collision Repair Center. My insurance company set up and appointment for 4:30 that day. Went to the appointment and waited 20 minutes. Only when we decided to leave, did someone come out to help us. We were informed that we would have a quote for the next morning, but got nothing. Hello, I want to say is wow and never have I ever been treated so poorly from a company. I do work for a lot of Auto body shop if the area, but not Heffner and was told they are a really good shop and quality. The customer service was so bad they will not communicate with you on updates or delays. They tell you 100% that you will get it on a set date because they didn’t give it to me on the first date set and they know the next date they gave me was right when the rental car is done maxing my $2000 dollar rental car amount f... read more
