truck was due to be picked up on the 16th. was told at noon it would be ready for the end of the day. no phone calls since from you guys. I've had to call 3 times just to hear that you lied to me and my insurance. then you tried giving me the run around making lies saying something about your alignment machine siezed? then telling me it would be done any time from the 16th to the 19th?. again not sending any phone calls to update the client (me). and the guy who took over hasn't sent out 0 phone calls and never answers his p... read more

Great place. Repaired my Lexus molding with no cost. Fantastic staff. Very helpful. Highly recommend this place. They know their stuff.
The insurance company sent me to this autoshop and the person who fixed my car was so rude and dismissive of my concerns. initially, He just took a look at the car when i brought it to the shop after the accident and deemed it drivable right away within few seconds of looking at it & without any thorough inspection. told me it would take 3weeks to order exterior parts and quoted me ~ $2,000 to fix it.
