Hello, I want to say is wow and never have I ever been treated so poorly from a company. I do work for a lot of Auto body shop if the area, but not Heffner and was told they are a really good shop and quality. The customer service was so bad they will not communicate with you on updates or delays. They tell you 100% that you will get it on a set date because they didn’t give it to me on the first date set and they know the next date they gave me was right when the rental car is done maxing my $2000 dollar rental car amount f... read more
Shout out to Jason and Adrian for all their work on fixing my car efficiently! They both were very nice and assuring, and it really felt that they wanted to genuinely help me out. Greatly appreciated their service.
1) poor communication. You will get random automated update emails generated by their system to inform of your vehicles status. They are in no way accurate and your appraiser will not contact you until the vehicle is done. 2) attention to detail. POOR. It only takes one word to describe the attention to detail from the collision center. If it wasn’t for this, I would’ve said they were very timely with their work. I wish I could say something positive about Heffner's supposed ability to do collision vehicle repairs. In short, if it ain't a Toyota, forget it. Heffner appear to be utter Klutz's dealing with all non-Toyota's. Which is very odd. I am waiting, waiting and waiting. Nobody gives me updates, other when I call in every few days. It's bad enough getting into an accident. Trusting Heffer only makes an unwanted accident experience needlessly worse. Trust me, go elsewhere to repair your vehicle!
