Great place. Repaired my Lexus molding with no cost. Fantastic staff. Very helpful. Highly recommend this place. They know their stuff.
The insurance company sent me to this autoshop and the person who fixed my car was so rude and dismissive of my concerns. initially, He just took a look at the car when i brought it to the shop after the accident and deemed it drivable right away within few seconds of looking at it & without any thorough inspection. told me it would take 3weeks to order exterior parts and quoted me ~ $2,000 to fix it. Bought my car at Heffner and was happy when my insurance agent recommended Heffner's Collision Repair Center. My insurance company set up and appointment for 4:30 that day. Went to the appointment and waited 20 minutes. Only when we decided to leave, did someone come out to help us. We were informed that we would have a quote for the next morning, but got nothing.
