Everyone was very caring and all had excellent customer service
Great people and great service
Came in for a routine eye exam. The doctor noticed a small medical issue during the exam, and addressing it changed it from a routine exam to a medical exam? I was not told of the change in exam status. My vision insurance would not cover it and this place is apparently out of network for my medical insurance. At no point was any of this mentioned to me. Imagine my surprise weeks later when I got a bill for over 300 dollars! And to add insult to injury, I was not able to find a pair of glasses at this place that I could affo... read more
Total wasted trip to Springfield for glasses. On social security, no extra cash - arrive and was told an additional out of pocket charge $59 & change. A procedure always included in the past but you want more money and insurance won't give it so you stick the poor old person for more than they can afford. Never ever again shall I darken your door. You do not care either
