The worst, run if you ever see Heffico Sébastien Szymezak or Archi trust. The 2 companies share the same address to some bogus location in Haines City. So his claims of waiting for the owner is all bs. They are in realestate not property management. Check County courts search these names they have dozens of foreclosures. House in Foreclosure, had to deal with process servers, legal mail and phone calls for their legal crap as dead beats who don't pay the bills. They kept my money in violation of Statue 83.49. The landlord at Heffico is one of the best landlords ever.. It’s the simple things like we had a situation a few months ago in a struggle and now this morning he text my husband to say he was willing to receive the assistance again that they emailed him then after that I called them asking questions and sure enough they will help with rental payments again omg that is a blessing in itself.
