I have used Melissa Tibbs and Tamara Chandler for my insurance with the transition to Medicare. I highly recommend both and have never had a bad experience with either of them. Timely responses, amazing customer service, and they help me year round with my questions and concerns. I will continue using their services for as long as they are in the insurance business! Stay as far away from the Walnut Creek office as possible. Have never been treated so rudely by the staff member answering the phone. When I asked for a manager or supervisor I was told "we dont accept solicitation." Was hung up on several times. Rude rude rude. I encourage anyone looking at them for future insurance to look elsewhere
