Whenever I have questions or need assistance, Scott and Steve are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients.
Stay as far away from the Walnut Creek office as possible. Have never been treated so rudely by the staff member answering the phone. When I asked for a manager or supervisor I was told "we dont accept solicitation." Was hung up on several times. Rude rude rude. I encourage anyone looking at them for future insurance to look elsewhere
We LOVE working with Tami and have worked with her for over 11 years. She always calls just check in on us and just to see how we are doing. Melissa Black took insurance payments from me and never paid the insurer. My property was left uninsured and I still haven’t received my reimbursement. She was very unprofessional and I am still fighting this case. Out $3,000.00 and now she ignores me from her mess up, leaving me no choice but to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.
