Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They made sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely return. I had a very good experience, and they are among the best I've ever seen. Their office was well organized and clean. They took care to make sure it was presentable. I could get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Not that I have seen Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! I have been very satisfied with Dr. Heffernan and his office. The receptionists always do their best to get me an appointment when I need them and if I ever have to leave a message they always call back promptly. Dr. Heffernan has always been kind and knowledgable and he was even very good with my young daughters. I am very happy with the care I receive.
