My wife and I have been staying with Heetwave for over a year and it has been a great experience. Denise, the property manager, has been extremely friendly and helpful to us - 10/10.
I cannot stress enough how awful the management company and staff is at heetwave. Be extremely careful. This company will try to scam you every chance they can. They are near impossible to get in contact with, and once you finally reach them they are rude, incompetent, and unorganized. Take photos of EVERYTHING and get everything from them in writing as they constantly go back on their word and stay lying. I’ve lived in a Heetwave property for a few months and have had a positive experience with them. Very professional and responsive. They also have a Resident Relations/Community Support Specialist who is very helpful. Would recommend.
There are not enough good words I can say about Carol. I was moving to San Diego from out of state and ready to sign a lease with Heetwaves, sight unseen. Carol went out of her way to get me photos and videos of the unit I would be renting, after I had already signed the lease (not just the staging photos, but photos from the actual unit) This was a huge comfort for someone moving to a new state to an apartment they’d never seen, and something Carol didn’t need to go out of her way to do.
