DO NOT believe half of the positive reviews or take them with a grain of salt if you will. I've lived at a Heetwave property for the last 5 years, and while I love my little home, God forbid I have an issue and need anything from Heetwave to help. While I will say that some people try their best to help, like Cricket... but others, like Denise, are LIARS and absolutely incompetent. My wife and I have been staying with Heetwave for over a year and it has been a great experience. Denise, the property manager, has been extremely friendly and helpful to us - 10/10.
I cannot stress enough how awful the management company and staff is at heetwave. Be extremely careful. This company will try to scam you every chance they can. They are near impossible to get in contact with, and once you finally reach them they are rude, incompetent, and unorganized. Take photos of EVERYTHING and get everything from them in writing as they constantly go back on their word and stay lying. Denise is the best property manager I have ever worked with! She has been friendly, responsive and made me feel seen & heard as a tenant. 10/10
I’ve lived in a Heetwave property for a few months and have had a positive experience with them. Very professional and responsive. They also have a Resident Relations/Community Support Specialist who is very helpful. Would recommend.
