Heena is a crook. I had been going to get my eyebrows waxed here for 8 years and I had no problem. The Friday before Memorial Day I came to get my eyebrows, chin and upper lip done. The salon was packed so I went to another lady instead of my usual lady. The lady I went to did a horrible job and I still had hairs on each part serviced. This was on 5/22. I went in there and waited over an hour to get my eyebrows done and then the TWO women who were actually working left on a break. When one finally came out, she served an elderly lady who had walked in way after me. Not worth the wait! I miss when they used to have quick service!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They are always short staffed and have no customer service skills. I have been going here for over a year and trust me when I say it has gone down hill. You are constantly fighting for parking and when you finally make it in there is a ton of people waiting. I was told they didn’t have time for me 30 minutes until close.
